We focus primarily on sell-side M&A consulting in the field of renewable energy generation plants – such as biogas plants – as well as strategic management consulting for green industries. We are a founding team that combines many years of consulting experience with a high level of expertise in the energy market – because this is the only way we can provide our clients with the best possible advice.

With us, you will be involved in exciting M&A projects right from the start and work on an equal footing with the founding team. This means that you won’t have to hide behind PowerPoint presentations, but will appear together with us in front of clients and thus take responsibility for the overall success of our company!

• General support for our consulting team in strategy projects
• Conducting research tasks on markets, trends and competitors
• Conducting various analyses, e.g. profitability assessments
• Developing information memoranda
• Creating project documents and presentations
• Contributing to the further development of our young company through various initiatives

• At least 3 months availability from the beginning of February 2026
• Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a related subject
• Initial professional experience through at least one internship, ideally in strategy consulting with a focus on the energy industry
• (Very) good academic performance
• High affinity for data and numbers
• Confident use of MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Interest in renewable energies
• Very good German and English skills
• Analytical and structured thinking, independent and goal-oriented work, high level of self-motivation
• Open personality, social skills and sense of humour
