We ensure that renewable energy generation plants such as biogas plants change hands so that they can be used with maximum efficiency. We also support companies with strategic issues relating to economic efficiency. We are a founding team that combines many years of consulting experience with a high level of expertise in the energy market – because this is the only way we can provide our clients with the best possible advice.

With us, you will be involved in exciting consulting projects right from the start and work on an equal footing with the founding team. This means that you don’t have to hide behind PowerPoint presentations, but instead present to clients alongside us, taking responsibility for the overall success of our company!

• Conducting analyses, e.g. profitability assessments
• Developing sales exposés and information memoranda
• Preparing project documentation and presentations
• Managing sales processes
• Assessing the attractiveness of projects by conducting feasibility studies
• Supporting restructuring measures and IDW S6 reports
• Contributing to the further development of our young company through various initiatives

• Completed degree in business administration or economics with very good academic results
• Initial practical experience in management consulting or M&A or similar
• Confident use of MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Interest in renewable energies
• Experience in the energy or agricultural sector or in medium-sized companies is an advantage
• Analytical and structured thinking, independent and goal-oriented work
• High level of self-motivation and drive to help shape the growth of our consulting business
• Open personality, social skills and sense of humour
• For Senior Consultants: at least 2 years of professional experience in management consulting or M&A
