With us, you’ll be involved in exciting consulting projects from the very start and work side-by-side with the founding team. This means you won’t have to hide behind a PowerPoint presentation—instead, you’ll present to clients alongside us and take on responsibility for the overall success of our company!

• Conducting corporate and project analyses (commercial, financial, market)
• Developing financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses
• Assisting with company valuations (including DCF, multiples, and scenario analyses)
• Preparation of pitch decks, information memoranda, and sales materials
• Support in buy-side and sell-side processes, including structuring, process management, and communication
• Preparation, coordination, and evaluation of due diligence processes (financial, tax, commercial, technical)
• Analysis of the attractiveness of projects, assets, and portfolios
• Continuous development of our tools, methods, and internal standards

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration or Economics with (very) strong academic performance
• Initial experience in M&A, corporate finance, management consulting, or auditing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, and sustainable business models
• Advantages: Experience in the energy or agricultural sector, in the SME sector, or in transaction environments
• Analytical and structured thinking, ability to work independently, and high standards for quality
• For Senior Consultant: At least 2 years of professional experience in M&A, corporate finance, strategy, or consulting
• Team-oriented personality, strong communication skills, and a sense of humor
