Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

We are a dynamic network of four companies specializing in renewable energy and the agricultural sector. We are looking for a creative and self-motivated marketing professional to help us further develop our initiatives both strategically and operationally.

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies for our Green M&A and environmental consulting services, as well as other affiliated companies
• Content creation and management for social media (particularly LinkedIn), our website, newsletters, and industry publications
• Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns (online and offline)
• Writing and formatting of specialized articles in collaboration with internal and external experts
• Design of marketing materials (print and digital) in coordination with graphic designers and agencies
• Analysis and optimization of marketing initiatives based on relevant KPIs

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication studies, media management, or a related field
• Ideal: Initial professional experience (2–3 years) in marketing, or alternatively, internship experience
• Creativity, initiative, and a structured approach to work
• Experience with social media, particularly LinkedIn, as well as with common analytics tools
• Knowledge of graphic design and layout software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO is a plus
• Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
• Interest in topics related to renewable energy, the environment, sustainability, and the agricultural sector
• Very good command of German and English
